Academic credit available through either BAS, 495, CI 496, SOCW 478, ARC 444 or ANTH 495. Also available as a non-credit option. |

| Program Fee: |
$3,500-Estimated. This includes transportation from St. Louis to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Kenya, program related local travel, most meals, most entrance fees, on-site lodging, three day safari and program administration costs. |
| Other Costs: |
The program fee does not include SIUC tuition or personal expenses such as passport and visa fees, travel insurance, some meals and entrance fees and costs for personal items. |
| Financial Aid: |
Financial Aid is available for SIUC students only and requires full time registration. Students from other institutions should check with their home universities for their policies. |
| Housing: |
Housing will be a combination of hotel and home stay. Hotel stay will be double or triple format. Home stay will be group stay. Conventional laundry will be available during home stay with the exception of undergarments. Most meals will be provided for or prepared by local hosts. |
| Transportation: |
International transportation from St Louis to Nairobi will be provided. All program related local transportation will be provided on hired or charter buses. |
